Our eAuction software facilitates the purchases to call for an auction, once the requirement cart is built. The potential vendors will then place their bids for the respective Request For Auction (RFA) and will continue to bid till the cut-off date. Every bid has to be lesser than the current lowest bid placed by and among all vendors. Subsequently, as in any auction, the lowest bidder will be awarded the contract to supply the items mentioned in the RFA. The buyer will raise the PR followed by the PO, which will be issued to the vendor.
